How long until I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days after purchase.

Once shipped, the delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method — you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your package.

My tracking says it was delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

Please confirm the following:

  • Checking with neighbors or family members.
  • Making sure the address on your order is correct.
  • Check if someone else at your address accepted the package.

    If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you still don’t have it, contact us at contact@armoniapr.shop and we’ll assist you in locating your order.

How are your products different?

We use therapeutic-grade essential oils, formulate in small batches for freshness, and focus on safe, effective blends for wellness. Every product is crafted with care in Puerto Rico.

Why don’t you use DoTerra or Young Living oils?

We’re an independent brand — we’re not tied to MLM structures. We partner directly with high-quality distilleries to ensure premium oils at fair prices, without membership requirements.

Do you test on animals?

No. We are proud to be cruelty-free: we do not test on animals at any stage of development.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas use gentle carrier oils and safe dilutions designed for many skin types. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before regular use.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons.
