Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product(s) Policies
- Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s) within 24 hours of receipt.
- Email us at armoniacopr@gmail.com with the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) received.
- The product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, based on your preference.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
