Addresses and Shipping Issues

We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete address. We are also not responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or delayed. We don't usually handle damages caused by weather or mishandling during delivery. We cannot guarantee that the package will arrive on an exact date, but if any major delays occur, we will notify you.

We recommend that you carefully review the address, the quantity of products, and the scents you selected before completing your purchase. If you notice an error immediately after completing the transaction, please contact us at contact@armoniapr.shop.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, you will have to pay to have it shipped again. The cost will depend on the weight of the package. In no case will the company cover the cost of reshipping.

Errors or Defective Products

We will only be responsible for shipping costs if we made an error when processing your order or if the product has a manufacturing defect and we decide to replace it.
